All-on-X dental implants are unequivocally today’s preferred way to replace teeth. This full-mouth tooth replacement is a specialized dental implant procedure where with as few as four implants, Grand Mission Dentistry Of Richmond can replace an entire arch of teeth, eliminating the need for a mouth full of dental implants.
An All-on-X dental implant procedure is less invasive so the surgery itself is shorter than implant procedures of the past.
In just one day you can change your life. That’s right, All-on-X is done in one day – you walk in with your old smile and leave the same day with a perfect new smile – this is called Teeth in a day.

How Does All-On-X Work?
Whether you are considering a single implant or opting for the All-on-X procedure, the healing period remains constant, typically lasting between 4 to 6 months. During this essential timeframe, a remarkable process called osseointegration takes place, where the implant and your bone fuse together, effectively incorporating the implant as an integral part of your body. This seamless integration is made possible by the use of biocompatible titanium, ensuring a harmonious relationship between the implant and your natural physiology.

Highly recommend Karen. She was the nicest hygienist I’ve ever met. I get nervous every time I go to the dentist but she made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. She took time and explain everything to me about my teeth. Would definitely be back!!

Amazing dentistry! The entire staff here is fantastic. Due to past experiences I used to be pretty anxious about going to the dentist until I started coming here. The hygienists are great and gentle! Always have enjoyable conversations during my appointments.

It has been over 20 yrs that I’ve been to a dentist mainly due to it being so expensive to get help. However these ladies were truly amazing and very knowledgeable on everything. From financials to getting you a plan that can or will work for you with many options. They also broke everything down so you can understand your options. Overall it was an AMAZING visit and these ladies are truly Phenomenal… So if you’re looking for an amazing dental experience please check Grand Mission Dentistry.

I recently visited Grand Mission Dentistry Of Richmond and was extremely impressed with my experience. The office is clean and modern, and it's conveniently located just a few minutes from my house. I received a deep cleaning and check-up from Angela, she was gentle and attentive to my sensitive gums. Dr. Van identified a filling that I needed and provided a comprehensive check-up. Angela also provided helpful tips for maintaining good oral health on using my Waterpik. I was so impressed with my experience that I signed up for their savings plan and would highly recommend Grand Mission Dentistry Of Richmond to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was impressed of how detailed and thorough Dr. Van, Karen and Shantal were in their roles in ensuring my new patient experience was executed. It was a wonderful first time experience. Unfortunately, I wasn’t scheduled for a cleaning and just an exam, and Dr. Van automatically accommodated me by fitting in her wonderful hygienist Karen. Karen was incredibly informative with advise regarding continuity of care for my oral health, and I was super appreciative of Shantal’s warmth and friendly demeanor and gentleness in taking my X-rays since my left cheek was a bit sore. The scanner was my only discomfort but I was surprised of the modern technology they have. Overall my experience at Grand Mission Dentistry was perfect.
